The unexpected novel corona virus breaks out in China at Dec. 2019, China government start the emergency protocol right away, and local government required people to stay at home at least 14 days and restrict the transportation in order to avoid the potential risk. So, all of the company in China had delay the day return to work. Base on this situation, Haydn set up an Emergency Response Team leading by Mr. Gavin and Mr. Chow and start an emergency reaction process.
All of our employee start working online at Feb. 1st. all the phones and emails are active to response to clients, every order we received, we contact with our supplier to check the detailed dated we could get the material and try to short the delay. We also required our employee to report daily healthy online to the company and government, and we also do the internally check about people come from or visit Wuhan. We update the company report to local government at Feb. 15, all of our employees are healthy and ready to back to work. On Feb.16th.2020, our management invited Foshan Chencun Town governors to visit our factory and inspect our protective measures and environment. After the strict check with our documents and daily health report, they are satisfied with what we had done. They approved our application to resume to work. Haydn become one of the 1st group companies to return to work. We restarted the production capacity at Feb.17th. At the same time, we positively support our supply chain to resume to work as well, everything is getting back to the right track.
